GENERAL INFORMATION:

CABINS

There are 12 individual cabins – all with covered porches furnished with a swing and chairs.  Available is a central hot tub, BBQ grills, laundry facility and a 2,600 Sq. Ft. Recreation lodge, containing a full kitchen and bathrooms with showers,  for special events.  Each cabin contains a TV system, VCR and some have fireplaces.   All of the cabins are housekeeping cabins with a completely  stocked kitchenette including cooking utensils, table settings, toaster, coffee makers, cooking range with oven, refrigerator and some housekeeping items.   We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and pillowcases.  We exchange towels and washcloths every other day and bed linens once a week.  No daily maid service is available. 

Cabin rates:  

• Regular rates are in effect on all dates except during holidays as indicated below.
• Holiday rates are in effect 3 days prior to and 3 days after the following holidays:                                

  Memorial Day	4th of July	Labor Day
  Thanksgiving	Christmas	New Years
  	Spring Breaks

• Cabin stays of 7 days or more will receive a 15% discount off of the regular or holiday daily rate as appropriate.
• Cabin stays of 30 days or more will receive a 30% discount off of the regular daily rate.
• Cabin stays of 60 days or more will receive a 40% discount off of the regular daily rate.

Baby Bear Cabins – Rates based on double occupancy.
             

Mama Bear Cabin – rates based on double occupancy, can sleep 6.

Mama Bear Cabin – rates based on double occupancy, can sleep 6.

Grizzly Bear – rates based on double occupancy

Black Bear – rates based on double occupancy  

Notes:

Add $10.00 per person per night over the respective amount of guests per cabin type.

Children 3 and younger are at no charge.

One small pet may be allowed if pre-approved in certain cabins with a $10.00 per day fee.

Cabin Deposits

• Holiday periods require 100% of the stay as a deposit.
• Regular periods require a $100.00 deposit on all cabins except the Mama and Papa Bear, which require a $250.00 deposit.

• Reduced stays after check in will receive no refund.
• Cancellations sooner than 7 days prior to stay receive no refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to stay will be entitled to ½ refund except holidays.
• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice or more prior to stay will receive a full refund except holidays.

 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE SITES

 General Information:  Our park has approximately 90 full hookup RV sites including TV, Free Wi-Fi to most sites and phone service. Available are picnic tables and central BBQ grills, fire pits, laundry facility and a 2,600 Sq. Ft. Recreation lodge, containing a full kitchen and bathrooms with showers, for special events.

RV Rates:   All rates based on 2 persons, 1 RV and 1 towed or other vehicle or trailer and are payable at time of check-in.  During the regular rate period of 5/1 thru 9/30 there will be NO DISCOUNTS. All monthly sites paid in full by Cash or Check prior to March 31 shall receive a 3% discount.

Regular rates are in effect from May 1st till October 1st except during holidays as indicated below.
   
Grizzly Bear – rates based on double occupancy

                       
 RV rates:  

• All rates based on 2 persons, 1 RV and 1 towed or other vehicle or trailer
• Fees payable at time of check-in
• All monthly sites paid in full by Cash or Check prior to March 31 shall receive a 3% discount.
• During the regular rate period of 5/1 thru 9/30 there will be NO DISCOUNTS.
• Regular rates are in effect on all dates except during holidays as indicated below.
• Holiday rates are in effect 3 days prior to and 3 days after the following holidays:

  RV Holiday Rate	Daily = $26.00

Off season rates, 10% discount from regular rates, are in effect during October through April of each year.  Sewer and water available as weather permits.   
 
Notes:

• Monthly guests pay for electricity based on metered usage.
• Pet must be on a leash, picked up after and well behaved.  Limit of 1 pet per site.  Extra charge of  $ 1.00 per day or $15.00 per month.
• Extra charge of $ 2.00 per day for electric service over 30 AMP.
• A nonrefundable reservation deposit of $ 25.00 for weekly stays and $ 50.00 for monthly stays is required on RV sites.
• A $3.50 extra charge is made for each extra guest and $5.00 for extra vehicles/trailers per day.
